The Bluebells are out! Come and meet your fellow volunteers for a walk and talk around the Bluebells in Houghall Woods.
Each month we meet for a social walk and chat followed by a drink in a local café or pub.
It’s a great way to get to know other volunteers and chat all things Move Mates (or anything else you fancy chatting about!).
Details
We will meet outside Durham Botanic Gardens (https://www.dur.ac.uk/botanic.garden/) and go for a walk through Houghall Woods followed by a drink in the Botanic Gardens café.
Children and Dogs welcome (although no dogs allowed inside Botanic Gardens – we can always get a takeout drink from their café and enjoy our drinks on a picnic table if your dog is joining us). As always Children and Dogs must remain your full responsibility.
Ground may be uneven and muddy so please wear appropriate footwear.
Parking
There is parking available for free at the Botanic gardens (so long as we buy a drink from there).
