Join us for our monthly group walk in Copmanthorpe
Our group walks are aimed towards people who prefer not to walk too far or too fast. They are for anyone who would like to get some fresh air, get moving and all with some good, friendly company.
Details
The walk will be approximately one mile and at a very gentle pace, with opportunity to sit and chat along the way.
This walk takes place on pavements so it is suitable for people using mobility aids or self-propelled wheelchairs. We also welcome friends, family or carers if you would like to have somebody with you for assistance. We depart promptly at 13:30 so please arrive in plenty of time.
