This month we will be saying farewell to Move the Masses founder and CEO, Egg Cameron. To celebrate her achievements and to say goodbye we are holding a sports day and picnic.
Whether you know Egg personally, if you don’t but are a past or present volunteer, or if you are a beneficiary or family member who has benefitted from the Move Mates project she set up – all are welcome!
The sports day and picnic will be held on the Little Knavesmire. The Little Knavesmire is the field located between Knavesmire Road and Albemarle Road, opposite the racecourse.
There will be fun, sports day games to take part in if you wish to or feel free to simply relax and enjoy picnicking and chatter!
We ask that you please bring a plate to share and something to drink. If you’d like to bring a camping chair or picnic rug for your own comfort then please do.
You can come along for the whole time or just drop-in as and when it suits you.

If this is the case then you can order food from the pub. They are happy for us to bring cakes along.
As this will be in a busy pub, unfortunately we must advise you not to bring children. Apologies for any inconvenience.
