Trustee Vacancy: Fundraising & Income Generation Specialist

Are you an experienced charity fundraiser, bid writer or income generation specialist?  Would you like to help set the future income strategy for Move the Masses to ensure maximum possible impact in our local communities? If so then we’d love to hear from you

We are currently looking for a dynamic candidate with a genuine passion for making a difference to join our Board of Trustees to offer fundraising and income generation expertise.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small team influencing the direction of Move the Masses, a rapidly growing York-based charity, and helping to make a measurable difference in improving the wellbeing of our communities through movement.

 

What (or who) are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for helping others, who wants to have real influence on our charity’s direction and get stuck into supporting our CEO develop and deliver a robust income strategy. 

You would be part of a small but passionate board of trustees who provide governance and guidance to the charity.

The role will require a commitment of approximately 10 hours each month, including up to 6 meetings per year, either in person or via video conference.

You do not necessarily have to be based in York to apply – we are a remotely based board and will consider candidates from across the UK.
